Receiving a crown typically takes two visits to our office. Each step of this process will take your dentist around 30 minutes to an hour to complete. The first visit will consist of your dentist prepping your tooth for the crown and taking a mold of your tooth. You will be required to wear a temporary crown until your next visit. The second visit will involve the dentist placing your permanent crown on the tooth.

What Will My Dentist Do During the Dental Bridge Procedure?

It will take your dentist two appointments to install your tooth bridge. Your first appointment will involve your dentist scraping a thin layer of enamel from your abutment teeth, as well as taking an impression of your teeth. A temporary bridge will be placed in your mouth. At your second appointment, a custom-fitted permanent bridge will be cemented into your mouth.
