Crowns, also called “dental caps,” fit over the entirety of a damaged tooth.

How Do I Know What Type of Bridge Is Right for Me?

How Are Dental Bridges Placed?

Many of our patients are curious about how a dental bridge is placed. In most cases, a patient only needs to come into the office twice. The first time will consist of the dentist making an impression of the teeth, scraping some enamel from the abutment teeth and placing a temporary bridge in the mouth. The second time is when the dentist places and adjusts the permanent bridge.
