Dr. Jamie Levy has practiced dentistry for three decades. An expert in implant surgery, he is recognized by his peers as a top provider. He graduated summa cum laude from his undergraduate studies in clinical nutrition at Downstate Medical Center in 1974. He then obtained a graduate degree from the Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1978. Beginning in 1980, as a resident of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the Jewish Hospital and Medical Center of Brooklyn, he was exposed to the entire scope of current, state-of-the-art oral and maxillofacial surgery, e.g., orthognathics, temporomandibular joint surgery, reconstructive and implant surgery, and sedation and general anesthetic procedures.
He embarked on his career by serving as a U.S. Public Health Captain. He has practiced in private and group practices focusing on oral surgery since 1983. An advocate of continuing education, Dr. Levy also pursued studies in implant surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in 1989.
