Dental Solutions in Media, PA, is looking for a Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support team development, and help drive practice growth.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily practice operations to keep the office running efficiently and deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily workflows to maximize productivity.
Monitor practice performance, including collections, accounts receivable, expenses, and overall profitability.
Partner with dentists and team members to support treatment acceptance, patient retention, and practice growth.
Oversee insurance processes, billing, financial reporting, payroll, and administrative responsibilities.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain an organized, professional office.
Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development while resolving patient and team concerns professionally.
What We’re Looking For
Previous leadership or management experience, preferably in a dental, medical, or healthcare setting.
Strong communication, customer service, and team leadership skills.
Understanding of dental insurance plans, including HMO and PPO, is a plus.
Experience with scheduling, billing, collections, and general office operations.
A proactive, organized leader who can balance daily responsibilities while keeping the team focused on practice goals.
